Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) regulate your use of HeyDude’s digital platform and all purchases made through it. By accessing or placing orders on our website, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Authorized Use of HeyDude Website

When using HeyDude, you must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are prohibited from:

Accessing restricted system directories without proper authorization;
Disrupting or compromising the website’s security, performance, or integrity;
Uploading or transmitting any viruses, ransomware, or harmful code;
Reproducing, copying, reselling, or exploiting proprietary content without HeyDude’s written permission;
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities related to your use of the website or orders.

Orders and Product Availability

Products, including our Hey Dude boots and related footwear, are listed with care for accuracy in pricing, description, and availability. Nevertheless, all orders are subject to:

Confirmation of stock before acceptance;
Price verification and validation;
HeyDude’s right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, payment issues, or fraud concerns.

Order Processing and Delivery

Your order submission is considered an offer to purchase, subject to HeyDude’s acceptance.
We may limit or void orders at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to pricing anomalies or anti-fraud measures.
Order processing requires between 1-3 business days.
Once processed, delivery is estimated to take 7-12 business days.
All shipping fees and charges are clearly specified at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Requests for returns must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
Reimbursements will be made only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this timeframe, orders may already be in process and cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this site—including text, graphics, trademarks, software, and overall design—are proprietary to HeyDude or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

HeyDude provides this platform “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties are disclaimed.
