Most orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-3 business days following confirmed payment. Please note, during major holidays or special promotional sales, processing may require additional time.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your package leaves our facility, shipping transit typically takes between 7 and 12 business days. Overall, please allow up to 14 days for delivery, as timing varies depending on your final destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, and unforeseen factors such as weather or national holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and displayed automatically at checkout, ensuring transparency before you finalize your purchase.
Order Tracking
When your HeyDude order ships, we will send tracking information. Please allow a short grace period for tracking updates to become available in the carrier’s system.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive your package.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm its condition, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
